Novak Djokovic recharging his batteries before big tournaments

Novak Djokovic is spending his time away from the tennis court to recharge his batteries before the big tournaments kick-off. The Serbian ace, who has yet to win a title this season will be back to tennis action at the Rome Masters and then will compete at the 2024 French Open.

Djokovic decided to give the ATP Masters tournament in Madrid a miss. He has, in fact, not played at the tournament for over three years now. Nevertheless, the 24-time Grand Slam champion has pinned his hopes on the Rome Masters to prepare for the ultimate challenge on clay- Roland Garros.

The Serbian is eyeing his 25th Grand Slam title and his first major of the season as well. Although he has not shown the best form so far, he will be a title favorite. Djokovic has played only one tournament on clay so far- Monte Carlo Masters wherein he lost to Casper Ruud in the semifinal.
