Aston Villa right-back Cash: We're all excited about ECL semi

Aston Villa right-back Matty Cash sat down with the media as they prepare for the Europa Conference League semi final.

The Midlands club take on Olympiacos in the first leg on Thursday, before the second leg in a week's time.

Cash knows that his side must do everything they can to win the competition, given the last time they went so far in a European tournament.

On the season goals, he said: "I think we're really excited but calm as well, it's important that we know what's on the line. Here we are with three games to go sitting in fourth. "

On learning how to play in Europe, he added: "We haven't got a massive squad and we've had a lot of injuries to key players. We've responded well, during the season you have injuries and problems and all we can do is bounce back and do our best, we've done that quite well this season. We're sat in fourth and in the semi so not done too badly."
